At the April event, I-Construct industry expert, Mark Waine will deliver a session on ‘Developing and defining your purpose – delivering a strategy for scaling up or growth’. Mark has over 25 years of experience formulating and delivering transformational strategic visions and cultural change within large and SME businesses.

Building upon the introduction webinar which Mark gave in February, this session digs deeper into the specifics of how to go about setting your purpose, your vison and your strategies on how scaling up and growth can be delivered. He will give real construction sector examples where these plans have made tangible differences to the bottom-line and the development of the business culture.

You will have the opportunity to share “where you are” and, with others, begin to consider and develop where you want to be.
