Hi, I’m Lucy, the founder of Flourish Unlimited and co-founder of the Does My Business Look Big in This? community. I’m a fully certified Coach, Design Thinking Practitioner, and Human-Centred Business Strategist, with an award-winning professional background in business development.

To add to my professional qualifications, I’m also trained in several of what my Husband calls ‘woo-woo’ modalities, which means I not only get to work with you on your business growth, I can help you get your – and your team’s – personal growth game on point too.

I don’t care to be reminded how many decades I’ve been working in the field of business coaching and consultancy now. I exited a corporate world that had left me feeling empty, after a brush with ovarian cancer made me realise there had to be more to life.
