Employment law has become a minefield with some significant changes occurring over the last few years. From employment tribunal fees being abolished in 2017 (meaning employees can now take you to court for no charge) to the 2020 Good Work Plan. Described as the biggest change to employment law in 20 years with over 50 changes employers must now adhere to. We now have the Coronavirus Act  2020 and further legislation  changes that businesses must follow.

What can employers do to protect their business?

The Employment Law Advice Bureau and HR24 both work exclusively with employers only offering free employment law and HR advice. To support you, we are hosting the annual Liverpool ‘Business Protection’ seminar.

Delivered by legal experts, this CPD Accredited workshop will protect your business by providing you with the knowledge and advice to prevent and resolve any workplace issues. Employment law is constantly changing, but below are just a few of the up-to-date topics you can look forward to.
