Able Futures delivers the Access to Work Mental Health Support Service on behalf of the Department of Work and Pensions in England, Scotland and Wales. If you are aged 16 and over, are in work, or are about to start work, you can apply to receive nine months of confidential, personalised advice and guidance from a mental health specialist who can help you learn coping mechanisms, build resilience, and improve your mental health at work.

Hosted by an Able Futures Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant, this session will cover how relationship issues and loneliness can affect our mental health at work, and we’ll explain how Able Futures can help support people with these issues and other things that may be playing on their mind that are affecting their time at work.
