Southend Business Partnership Briefing – September 2021

It has been long since we last enjoyed the bustling networking time over a coffee and croissant. We are glad that we are now able to offer the opportunity again- hope you can join us!

While everyone has been focusing on the post-COVID recovery recently we have indeed planned this event to support the business endeavour.

The briefing will start with an-hour marketplace networking session (7:30-8:30am) where you have the opportunity to speak to our exhibitors and fellow networkers. FREE refreshment on arrival from 7:30am.

This will then be followed by the briefing session, for which we have lined up some exciting speakers (subject to change, and may not be in the right order):

• Kazadi Mwamba, Principal Economic Growth Officer at Essex County Council , on the SEED (South East Export Development) project;
• Cliff Marshall, CEO at Essex Scientific Laboratory Supplies Ltd, on their journey to become an Export Champion;
• David Elcock, Community Champion, on Totally Locally Southend on Sea – virtual High Street;
• (tbc) – Southend High Street/Victoria Shopping Centre update
• (tbc) – Southend Business Directory & Southend Business Survey

The briefing session will be chaired by Murray Foster, and there will be a Q & A at the end of session.
