Able Futures is a Department of Work and Pensions funded (no cost) service to support employee mental health.

Able Futures provides nine months practical support for employees, including temporary staff and business owners whose circumstances or mental health may affect their wellbeing or work performance.

This session will cover how we can all look after our mental wellbeing and build helpful habits at the start of the new year.
