Mary Bright is specialist policy advisor to the Government’s Business Champion for Older Workers, and specialist adviser to the Women and Equalities Select Committee. She has worked extensively with business, 3rd sector and policy makers on issues relating to our Ageing Society.
Katherine Wilson is Head of Employers for Carers at Carers UK. Employers for Carers provides practical service to employers seeking to support the 1 in 7 people in their workforce who are caring for older, disabled or seriously ill family and friends.
