Able Futures delivers the Access to Work Mental Health Support Service on behalf of the Department of Work and Pensions in England, Scotland and Wales. If you are aged 16 and over, and are employed or self-employed, you can apply to receive nine months of confidential, personalised advice and guidance from a mental health specialist who can help you learn coping mechanisms, build resilience, and improve your mental health at work.

On World Sleep Day Able Futures will host a webinar on the impact sleep has on mental health at work. Please join us and share this with your colleagues and network. Those who cannot attend can register to receive a copy of the recording.
